Full time working directors shall be paid in relation to established market rates for directors of national charities in the UK.

The criteria for wages will be determined by a Remunerations Committee, which will also be instructed to set up a maximum wage.

Until that report has been received, and, as and when the circumstances of the organisation permit, full time working directors will work on a interim basis for £25,000 p.a.

EMPLOYMENT POLICY

DIRECTOR RESPONSIBLE FOR CHARITABLE STATUS

A non Executive Director for Charitable Status shall be appointed to obtain Charitable Status for World Spirit within 3 - 5 years.
